 Welcome! In this joyful Eastertide we celebrate the resurrection life of Jesus Christ and our resurrection life in Him. This Mother’s Day, we thank God for our mothers who bore us and cared for us according to God’s own plan of life. We remember also that the Church is our Holy Mother into which our mothers and fathers delivered us that we might be born again. Jesus Christ our risen Lord tells His Disciples today, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me...I am in the Father and the Father is in me." Through our Lord Jesus we have the love of the Father and the gift of the Holy Spirit. He gives us the Church to be our mother to bear us through the trials and joys of this life, to care for us according to our Father’s own plan of life, and to prepare us for works of service in this world and everlasting joys in heaven.
